
BRIEF - To support the release of Shrek: The Third, DreamWorks Pictures commissioned a playful digital asset kit centred around a high-impact homepage takeover. The creative needed to reflect the film’s signature humour and larger-than-life characters, with supporting banners and visual assets designed for use across key entertainment platforms. The primary focus was to deliver a bold, animated takeover experience that captured attention instantly and reintroduced audiences to the irreverent world of Shrek and friends.
My response: As a designer who’s always appreciated animation with attitude, working on Shrek: The Third was pure fun. The chance to build a campaign around such an iconic character one I’d laughed with growing up, was both nostalgic and energising. Being able to blend bold design, cheeky humour and big-screen energy into this campaign was an absolute joy.
